Unwanted online purchases can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are in resaleable condition, in their original packaging, and with tags attached. Returns that don’t meet these conditions will incur a repackaging fee, deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs and responsibility for the item until it’s received and signed for by our returns department are the buyer’s responsibility. Please return to;

Unwanted in-store purchases can be returned within 14 days for store credit, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging with all paperwork. We do not offer refunds for in-store returns.

If you wish to cancel your order with us, please call: 01732 870023 as soon as you can after placing the order. We dispatch all complete orders daily, so to avoid a return/recovery situation it is advised customers contact us as fast as possible, this is to avoid goods being dispatched.
