The NocPix Lumi L19 is a compact handheld thermal imager built for shooters and observers who need reliable detection in conditions where the naked eye struggles. Whether it’s pitch dark, foggy, or you’re trying to spot movement through dense foliage and tall grass, the L19 picks up heat signatures other optics simply can’t see — making it equally useful day or night.
At the core is a sub-18mK NETD 384×288 thermal sensor with a 12μm detector, giving a detection range of up to 980m. That puts it firmly in the territory of serious deer stalking and wildlife observation, but it’s equally suited to security work, terrain orientation, and search and rescue use. The F0.9 objective lens and 19mm focal length keep the unit genuinely pocket-sized despite the performance on offer, with 2x–8x magnification and smooth digital zoom for fine-tuning your view in the field.
Image quality comes through a sharp 1024×768 AMOLED display running at a 50Hz frame rate, with an Ultraclear mode for extra detail and electronic image stabilisation to keep the picture steady on the move. There’s also a dedicated eye-protection setting with low brightness, colour palette, and warm hue options — useful for extended use without eye strain, especially on long night stalks. Power comes from a rechargeable 18650 battery, which swaps out quickly when you need a fresh one in the field.
